All rates/prices quoted do not include meals. Rates for the Queen and Twin Rooms as well as King Rooms are based on an occupancy of two people, and rates for the suites are based on an occupancy of four people. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include 13% HST, 4% MAT (Municipal Accommodation Tax effective January 1st, 2026), nor optional gratuities.

To allow our housekeepers enough time to prepare rooms for new arrivals, check in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time on the date of your departure is no later than 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is able to be arranged at $40 per hour, if requested to and agreed by management. Late check-ins are no problem, just reach out to us to arrange a late check-in.

This cancellation policy only applies to booking made via our booking online system, through telephone, or through e-mail. Any booking made on separate booking platforms such as Booking.com will have their own cancellation policies.

Spring Lake Resort is a small, family-run establishment; we very much appreciate all of our guests, and especially those who honor our cancellation policy willingly. A last minute cancellation gives us little to no chance of filling this space. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:

A cancellation  made prior to 7 days to your arrival is free of charge.

If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, a full charge of your reserved rooms and nights will be processed regardless of the reason for cancellation. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirm reservation dates, you will be responsible for all the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
