With the many attractions in Dorset such as arts & craft and museum that reflect the local culture, you’ll be able to spend a whole day and more, without being board. If you’re a first-time visitor you’ll enjoy Dorset tremendously. No worries, if it’s not your first time, you’ll still enjoy this evolving community.

You can even enjoy a pottery class or yoga, hiking, snowshoeing, which is all parts of the Muskoka attractions.

Dorset Lookout Tower and Trail

You don’t have to wait until the fall to experience the view at the Dorset Scenic Lookout Tower. The observation deck offers a 360 degree view, 142 metres (456 feet) above Lake of Bays. For those that enjoy the view closer to the ground Peek-a-boo Rock keeps your feet on the ground with a great view across Dorset. At the top of tower hill there is an information/gift kiosk, picnic tables and toilet facilities.
