If you fail to cancel your reservation within 4 days of your arrival (or you fail to show up for your room) the full charge for your reservation applies.

You are welcome to check in to your room anytime after 3 PM on the day of your arrival, we cannot guarantee early check-ins due to the fact that we have to do our due diligence in keeping our rooms as clean as possible. Check-out time is anytime before 11 AM on the day of your departure. We offer in-person check-ins from 3 PM to 9 PM, please give us a call (1-800-635-9995) or an email (springlakeresort@bellnet.ca) to arrange a late check-in.

Our on-site restaurant is closed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until January 21st, 2021. From then on we will be open for breakfast only, on a take-out basis for guests that stay with us. We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.

Some local places that are open are Erika’s Bakery in Dwight (closed Mondays) and The Boiler Room Tap and Grill (open Thursday to Sunday), as well as the Cookhouse Saloon. The hours of local businesses may be changed at any time, and each business is only open for takeout (Ontario regulations), so please check Google for the most up-to-date information.
